Thank you! Your request has been sent to our Santa team at [email protected]. We will review your details and connect your account shortly.
Thank you for teaming up with Thornbury Round Table! Walking alongside Santa’s sleigh with collection buckets is a beloved festive tradition for local community groups, youth clubs, and charities. Below you can view which routes are open and request to adopt an evening for your group.
At the end of the night, hand all buckets and contactless readers back to the Sleigh Lead. All donations are formally counted and audited by Round Table Finance. Once the season wraps up, we will contact you to transfer your group's agreed share of the collection proceeds!
How many volunteers can come? As many enthusiastic helpers as you'd like! The more the merrier.
Can we wear our club's branded jumpers? Absolutely! Please wear your group jumpers or coats beneath the provided high-vis vests.
What if the weather is bad? We run in cold and light rain. If severe storms hit, the Sleigh Lead will notify you directly and update the Live Tracker.
